He said that the project, which was part of Pakistan China Economic Corridor (CPEC), will combine the country’s ports with land routes, enabling Pakistan to timely export its products in the intercontinental sector and gain valuable foreign exchange.
The Primary Minister expressed these sights though presiding around a evaluation meeting of ML-1 task of CPEC.
The assembly was attended by Minister for Railways Azam Khan Swati, Deputy Chairman Setting up Fee, Chairman CPEC Authority Lt. Gen. ® Asim Saleem Bajwa, Secretaries Railways, Financial Affairs, Finance, Setting up Division and other senior officers.
The Key Minister, who was briefed in detail about the ML-1 undertaking and the existing position, expressed his fulfillment around the progress made so far.
