2.5 kilos of Ecstasy tablets and 6 kilos of meth seized in Mandeville site visitors stop

MANDEVILLE, LA – An early early morning traffic quit on Interstate 12 uncovered a lot more than two and a half lbs . of Ecstasy tablets and much more than 6 pound of methamphetamine.

Soon right after midnight Tuesday early morning, a member of the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Freeway Enforcement Device conducted a plan targeted visitors cease around Mandeville on an eastbound silver Lexus IS3 with a Mississippi license plate right after observing the car or truck dedicate a targeted traffic violation.

Deputies were being questioning the driver, 54-yr-aged Anthony Perkins of Carrier, Miss., when he got again in the automobile and sped off. Deputies pursued the Lexus as it continued at speeds in extra of 130 miles per hour eastbound on I-12.

Anthony Perkins was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on the adhering to costs:
