Blue Apron Hires Randy Greben as CFO

Blue Apron Holdings Inc.

has hired

Randy J. Greben

as main money officer, effective Jan. 6, the meal-kit company mentioned Monday.

The 43-calendar year-aged Mr. Greben will be the company’s principal economic officer and principal accounting officer and report to Main Government

Linda Findley Kozlowski.

His foundation salary was established at $465,000 a calendar year.

He succeeds

Timothy S. Bensley,

who resigned as of Dec. 31 but experienced explained he would keep on being an adviser for some time to help with the changeover.

subsidiary Ann Inc. as senior vice president, CFO.

“We imagine that his practical experience throughout direct-to-purchaser, e-commerce, and the food industry will be an asset to our senior administration staff and finance division,” Ms. Kozlowski explained.
