Ex-Tunisian presidential prospect jailed in economic situation

Previous Tunisian presidential candidate and media mogul Nabil Karoui has been arrested on costs of income laundering and tax evasion, a Tunis court spokesman said on Thursday.

Karoui used most of final year’s presidential marketing campaign in jail for the same fees, which he called politically pushed.
