Washington ranks among worst states for driving, report says

With the price of automobiles and gasoline amongst the best in the country, Washington is the 3rd worst state in the nation to drive in, trailing California and Hawaii, according to a new report.

Personal finance corporation WalletHub unveiled the report, titled “2021’s Best and Worst States to Drive in,” Tuesday.

The report in comparison 50 states with four important proportions: price tag of ownership and routine maintenance, site visitors and infrastructure, safety, and access to vehicles and maintenance, in accordance to the launch. WalletHub utilised 31 metrics to assess all those dimensions, which include the common charge of gas, rush-hour traffic, visitors fatality charge, vehicle theft amount, fix retailers per capita, etcetera.
