Norfolk’s City Council has chosen Danica Royster, a 31-yr-previous monetary advisor from Lambert’s Level, to fill the open Superward 7 seat.
Royster explained Tuesday that her priorities would include things like pushing for financial and community growth for the superward, which encompasses substantially of Norfolk’s east facet but also neighborhoods like Lambert’s Place and Park Area.
